SMS Communications

By opting in via SMS reply or web form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Records Capital Connect. These messages will relate to business funding options and the referral process.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message
• You will not receive further SMS messages from Records Capital Connect after opting out
• Message frequency varies based on your engagement
• Message and data rates may apply

No Financial Advice

Nothing communicated via SMS, web, or any other channel by Records Capital Connect constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Our service is limited to connecting you with third-party funding providers.

All funding decisions are made by independent third-party providers. We strongly recommend that you consult with qualified financial and legal professionals before entering into any funding agreement.

Referral Relationship

Records Capital Connect may receive compensation from third-party providers when a referral results in a funded transaction. This compensation arrangement is standard in the referral industry and does not affect the objectivity of our matching process.

Our goal is to connect you with providers who may have options that fit your business situation, regardless of compensation structure.

Limitation of Liability

Records Capital Connect is not responsible for the actions, offers, terms, or outcomes of any third-party provider in our network. Specifically:

• We make no warranties or representations about the quality, terms, or availability of funding from third-party providers
• Any dispute regarding funding products, terms, or services must be resolved directly with the provider
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your interactions with third-party providers
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as our service is free)
